Civil Partnership Photography of Alan & Ness, St Albans Register Office, The Gatehouse & Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire. Alan & Ness had their civil partnership back in August. They invited all their close friends & family to celebrate this special occasion and everybody had a wonderful time. They particularly wanted lots of documentary shots because they loved the natural feel of that style of wedding photography. After the ceremony, their wedding breakfast was held at Cafe Rouge in St Albans where the staff had put a lot of effort into decorating & there were lots of lovely little touches.
I photographed Stephanie and Rachel’s civil partnership at The Bury, Hemel Hempstead’s Register Office, Hertfordshire. I often don’t meet my couples before their wedding day and so I hadn’t met Stephanie and Rachel, but we had got to know each other very well with chats on the telephone and also via email. They both arrived together and were so excited about making their civil partnership commitment to eachother.
I mentioned in a previous post about the wedding of Lucie and Marco, that theirs was the smallest and most intimate wedding I had photographed. Stephanie and Rachel’s civil partnership also was very intimate with only two very close friends as witnesses.
